Fiverr Team operates as a gig-based platform, connecting buyers ("Buyers") with sellers ("Sellers") who offer digital services ("Gigs"). These Gigs may include but are not limited to graphic design, writing, programming, digital marketing, and more.

2. Gig Services

2.1 Buyers: By purchasing a Gig on our platform, you agree to pay the agreed-upon price and adhere to the terms outlined by the Seller. Upon completion of the Gig, you may provide feedback and ratings based on your experience.

2.2 Sellers: As a Seller, you agree to deliver Gigs as described and within the specified timeframe. You may not engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresent your services, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Fees and Payments

3.1 Service Fees: Fiverr Team charges a service fee for each completed transaction between Buyers and Sellers. The service fee is deducted from the Seller's earnings.

3.2 Payments: Buyers are required to pay for Gigs upfront. Sellers will receive payment for completed Gigs after deducting the applicable service fee.

4. User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Activities: Users may not engage in any activity that violates these Terms, infringes upon the rights of others, or is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

4.2 Intellectual Property: Sellers retain ownership of any intellectual property created as part of their Gigs unless otherwise agreed upon with the Buyer.

5. Disputes

5.1 Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a Buyer and Seller, both parties agree to resolve the issue in good faith. Fiverr Team may provide dispute resolution assistance upon request.

6. Termination

Fiverr Team reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services for any user who violates these Terms or engages in prohibited activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fiverr Team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.

8. Modifications

Fiverr Team reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
